A good time was had by all at the Lake House on Cherry Creek Reservoir

The evening of October 6 was a milestone event for the DP Guardian team. We celebrated our 30th Anniversary as a business with 95 people from our Tribe (customers, partners, employees, and spouses). What an unforgettable autumn night at the Lake House on Cherry Creek Reservoir! We shared excellent food, drinks-a-plenty, a gorgeous sunset, and stories galore.

A pinnacle moment was founder Jay Hagen recounting his story of starting the company in October 1992 with just three things: a computer, a laser printer, and a list of computer sites in the greater Denver area. How far we’ve come!

The evening's highlight was when VP of Operations Kellen Troino presented 18-year employee Randy Childers with a lifetime achievement award! Randy has been the face of the DPG Operations team for hundreds of satisfied data center customers for almost two decades.

CEO Jon deRidder preached about the importance of consistent “relationship”with our stakeholders. These very relationships have carried us over the years - during the high points, the low points, the successes, and the failures. And there have been many of all of the above!

A heartfelt thanks to all who joined us – it was truly an evening we will all remember. Onward and upward!
